Room in a shared flat

Apartment & Location
As of 1.10. or by arrangement, a room is becoming available in a 4.5-room shared apartment (approx. 110 m²) in Winterthur.
The apartment is distributed over three floors. There is a bathroom with shower and WC on each floor. There is a shared living and kitchen area, a large entrance area with additional storage space, a large garden for the exclusive use of the shared apartment (facing the rear), a shed for outdoor items and space for bicycles, as well as a small cellar compartment. A private parking space is available.
The location is central and yet quiet. It takes about 5 minutes by bike to reach the train station, and the nearest bus station is a 2-minute walk away. Migros, Coop, and Aldi are reachable in about 10 minutes on foot. Likewise, you can quickly reach the Töss for swimming or the forest at Brühlberg. The apartment is located far enough from the main road, which makes it pleasantly quiet despite the central location.

Wanted
We are looking for roommates of a similar age (approx. 25-40); however, more important than age is that the interpersonal chemistry is right 😊.
You are not looking for purely functional living, but rather feel like having a relaxed, uncomplicated life together. At the same time, the shared apartment does not have to be the center of your life; having your own environment, circle of friends, and daily routine outside is a matter of course.
It would be nice to have a balanced togetherness: going to the Töss to swim every now and then, having a beer on Steinberggasse, or spontaneously going to a concert. Feeling like planting vegetables in the shared garden, cooking together sometimes, crying about work in the garden, or simply bunkering down in your own room sometimes 🙂 All without any pressure of expectation, but with openness toward one another.
Important are respectful interaction at eye level, equality and solidary togetherness, a clear stance towards discriminatory ways of thinking, humor and relaxedness, a conscious use of resources, as well as a healthy degree of cleanliness and order. We are Veggie/Vegan

About the WG
We are:
Marlies (28, w) psychology student, likes to change her side jobs regularly and likes to go abroad during semester breaks.
Daniele (m, 39) primary school teacher, in his free time often sits by the Töss with his guitar and tries to improve his lousy gardening skills in spring (is therefore very happy about any help or initiative in the garden..). Especially in summer/autumn, pitching in is unavoidable ;)

We have lived in a large shared apartment together before and know each other's peculiarities quite well. We are Veggie, or rather vegan.
We have now been living in this apartment as a group of three for several months.
Our roommate has now decided to leave Winterthur and move to Zürich. Therefore, we are now looking for a new person who fundamentally intends to stay for a longer period.
