Room in a shared flat

Für November und Dezember vermiete ich ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung und suche dafür eine sympathische, ruhige und rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohnerin.
Ich bin 34 Jahre alt, arbeite im Marketing, mache gerne Fitness und koche gerne. Zuhause schätze ich eine entspannte, ruhige und saubere Atmosphäre und suche jemanden, dem das ebenfalls wichtig ist.

Das Zimmer ist komplett unmöbliert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Lift und hat keinen Balkon.

Miete: CHF 1’250 pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten.
Bei Interesse freue ich mich über ein paar Sätze zu dir. Bitte erwähne auch kurz, dass du gesehen hast, dass das Zimmer befristet und komplett unmöbliert ist, damit ich weiss, dass das für dich passt. 😊
