Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a serious and solvent person to take over the lease of my furnished room in Yverdon-les-Bains starting from 2er janvier 2027, under the same conditions, subject to the agreement of the landlady.
The room is located in a quiet and pleasant family house. It is furnished and features a bed, a desk with a chair, parquet flooring, as well as numerous integrated storage spaces, which is very practical for daily life.
The shower room is spacious and equipped with a shower, WC, and a double sink. This allows everyone to have their own separate corner for their belongings.
The kitchenette is also well-equipped and offers numerous storage spaces, in addition to the hobs, sink, oven, and microwave.
Rent: 930 CHF/month, charges included.
Availability: 2er janvier 2027.
This is a lease takeover as part of my early departure. The interested person must be accepted by the landlady.
Viewings possible by appointment. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.
