Partially Furnished Room with Private Bathroom in Spacious Apartment – Oberweningen (8165)
I am a 64-year-old woman looking for a responsible and friendly person to share my spacious 120 m² ground-floor apartment and the monthly costs. The person currently sharing the apartment is leaving, so the new tenant’s name will be added to the rental contract.
The private room includes:

• A bed
• A small desk
• Space to bring your own wardrobe or cupboard

You will have your own private bathroom with:

• Shower
• Washbasin
• Toilet

Shared areas include:

• Fully equipped kitchen
• Comfortable lounge and living area
• Outdoor patio
• Communal washing machine in the building

The apartment is fully furnished and situated in a quiet countryside setting. Oberweningen train station is approximately a 5–6-minute walk away.
I am looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, considerate and tidy
• Enjoys living in a peaceful countryside environment
• Able to communicate in English (Speak German, as I would also like the opportunity to improve my German)
• Does not mind occasional visits or lunches with family and friends—and would also feel comfortable welcoming their own occasional visitors

Rent: Approximately CHF 1,300 per month, utilities, Internet and SERAFE are included.
Parking: Available upon request from the landlord and payable separately.
