I am looking for a successor for a charming and bright 2.5 room apartment, 26 m², located in Via Ghiringhelli 27A in Bellinzona.

The apartment is well-organized and features a living area with dining space, reading nook, sleeping area, separate kitchen, bathroom, and a pleasant terrace overlooking greenery.

Total monthly: CHF 1230

Possibility to take over the complete furnishings, practically new and in excellent condition.

The apartment was furnished in July 2026, with a layout designed together with an IKEA interior design consultant. The furniture is in excellent condition and has been used very little.

The furnishings include:

• Dining table with four chairs, rug and shelving;
• Reading nook with armchair, bookcases and lighting;
• Double bed with mattress, chest of drawers and bedside table;
• Custom curtains, lamps and accessories, including a very convenient wall-mounted projector already configured and ready to use;
• Furnished terrace;
• Cordless vacuum cleaner already connected to the wall, coffee machine

The total replacement value of furniture, appliances and accessories is approximately CHF 3'730, with a detailed inventory available upon request.

Proposed price for the entire furnishings: CHF 2'500 negotiable.

An ideal solution for those who wish to move into a furnished apartment, avoiding the costs and hassles related to the purchase, transport, and assembly of furniture.
