I am offering a room in a shared apartment in a large 100 m² apartment located in Vallorbe.
The apartment is in a outlying area and located on a floor with access to a plot of garden.
It offers a breathtaking view of nature: ideal if you love calm.
15 minutes on foot from all amenities.
To travel outside of the town, a bus stop is a 10 min walk away which leads to, among others, Yverdon-les-Bains, Arnex, and even to the Vallée de Joux with the train towards Le Brassus.
The Le Day station is well-served and allows for easy travel to Lausanne.
The rent:
The rent amounts to 1139.-/month including charges. Parking space and cellar included.
Common living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
One private separate bedroom and office.

(cis-hetero men do not match the profile sought for this shared apartment).
Solvent person with a guarantor or good financial capacity.

Animals: I have a 5-year-old female cat, sociable but who requires a little adaptation time for cohabitation with other animals (about 1 week).
Other animals are of course welcome.
