As of 1 December or by arrangement in sunny Schaffhausen near the city (7 minutes walking distance) in a quiet location directly next to a vineyard in a detached house from the 50s with a view. Offered is a floor with 2 rooms and a private bath/WC (approx. 40 m2). For shared use: kitchen, dining room/living room with tiled stove, garage, large laundry room, cellar, attic, covered seating area, garden with espalier apples, pears, grapes and figs, as well as a fire pit. 1‘000.- monthly plus 200.- service charges in advance.
We are looking for: 1-2 culture-interested persons with a sense for the special, humor and joy in occasional help in the garden.
