Currently, only we as a family and one other party in the house use the garden. Three-legged grill and pizza oven plus children's swing and table as well as sun loungers are already present; further projects are possible at any time after consultation with the parties and the landlord.

The apartment is situated slightly elevated and oriented towards the Züri-Berg with a wonderful view from the living room. It is 800m to Wallisellen station, connections every 15min and only 2 stations to Zürich HB (9min). Tram station Belair is reachable within a few minutes on foot (towards Stettbach Bahnhof or airport).
