Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone!

In a 4-person shared flat on Illnauerstrasse, a small (approx. 11sqm) but cozy room is becoming available. Perfect if you are looking for a home with very good connections.

Also included in the apartment are a small but fine kitchen, a bathroom, and a shared common area/living room for eating or chatting. In total, there will be four of us including you. Your roommates would be 24m, 29w, and 33m. So that our female roommate is not in the minority, it would be great to get a female roommate. However, males are also welcome to apply. ;-) We are not a party WG but appreciate peace and quiet.

The apartment has a super location: You are at the train station in just 3 minutes on foot. From there, you only need 9 minutes to the airport and to Winterthur, or 15 minutes to Zürich. The highway is also reachable in a few minutes – perfect for everyone who likes to be mobile and flexible.

The rent is all incl. and the deposit would be 3 months' rent. The bed frame (incl. built-in drawers) can be taken over for 160.-.

Move-in is desired from 01.02.27. A parking space can be rented if necessary.

Feel free to get in touch and tell us a little bit about yourself – I look forward to it! Please understand that inquiries without a personal introduction will not be answered.
