The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, a mirror cabinet, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Towels and bed linen are provided. Washing machines and dryers are available in the cellar. You live centrally on the Luzerner Allmend with leisure opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is optimally connected to public transport, the Zihlmattweg bus stop (Line 20) is located directly in front of the building and offers a 7-minute ride to the main station, the city and the lake. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a deposit/damage deposit of CHF 2.000,00 and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200,00 will be charged. These payments are to be made directly to the provider after booking. WLAN and a TV with international channels are available for business or private purposes. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15,00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10,00 per night and an additional cleaning for CHF 75,00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights).
