Room in a shared flat

In our shared flat, a room is vacant for two months (November and December 2026). For this period, we are looking for someone who would like to live in this room as a subtenant.
We are two friends who are 28 years old.

The room is basically unfurnished except for a wardrobe and a clothes rack (see photo). We could also provide a mattress.
