I am looking to find a new tenant for my apartment, situated at the top floor at 5 minutes distance from the train station, since I will be moving out soon.
The apartment is available startin November 15th, or a bit earlier if necessary upon discussion.

Hallo zusammen! Da ich bald umziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter / eine Nachmieterin für meine Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 15. November verfügbar (nach Absprache eventuell auch etwas früher).

• Extras: Eigenes Kellerabteil sowie Mitbenutzung der Waschküche (Waschmaschine und Tumbler)

Da sich die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk befindet, ist sie sehr ruhig, lichtdurchflutet und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Sie ist ideal für alle, die ein ruhiges, praktisches Studio direkt neben dem Stadtzentrum und dem Bahnhof suchen.
