2 ½ room apartment

Do you want to live close to nature and yet reach the city quickly? While we are travelling, we are subletting our cosy 2.5-room apartment in Winterthur-Seen from February to mid-July 2027.

Bright rooms, beautiful parquet floors and a cosy interior give the apartment a warm, welcoming atmosphere. In addition to the cosy living room and the separate bedroom, there is a kitchen with a dining area as well as a bathroom. Wi-Fi is in the apartment. A private basement compartment is also available.

A particular highlight is the covered balcony with a view of the greenery, a lovely spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening.
The apartment is located on the green edge of Winterthur, in the immediate vicinity of fields, forests as well as the Töss (river). Ideal for everyone who enjoys being outdoors, likes walks and is looking for a place to unwind after a working day.

Many things are also easily accessible in everyday life:

• Winterthur city centre: approximately 15–20 minutes by bus or train
• Zurich: reachable from Winterthur-Seen in approximately 40 minutes by bus and train
• Shopping centre: around 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bus
• Petrol station with SPAR shop: only 3 minutes away on foot and open all seven days of the week

Rental period: February to mid-July 2027, exact dates by arrangement
