3 ½ rooms apartment

3.5 rooms, furnished apartment, limited term
From 20 December 2026 (or later by arrangement) we are renting out our beautiful, modern and bright apartment until 23 January 2027. The 94 m² apartment is on the 4th floor (with lift), features a balcony with cozy seating, and is located at the centrally situated Katharina-Sulzer-Platz. Thanks to the 2.8m high walls and floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of daylight is received.

Within 7 minutes you reach the Winterthur main station and are simultaneously in the Old Town. By train, you can travel to the airport within 10 minutes and to Zürich within 20 minutes. Shopping facilities are reachable within a 5-minute walking distance.

The apartment is completely furnished and a maximum of 2 people can sleep here. The apartment is ideal for a couple (as there is a double bed and the other room is set up as an office, and can only be separated by a sliding door).
The kitchen equipment is set for at least 6 people. Refrigerator with a generous freezer, oven and steamer, from rice cooker to various baking utensils.

The bathroom features a bathtub as well as its own laundry tower (washing machine and dryer). Should a green thumb be present, various green plants look forward to water. Otherwise, these will be accommodated elsewhere in the meantime.

There is also a workspace that is fully equipped for home office (32 inch screen, keyboard etc.). The entire apartment is equipped with Sonos speakers and, of course, a good coffee machine is also available.

A parking space can be rented upon request. A bicycle as well as our climbing equipment are very welcome to be used. Included are water, electricity and internet.

If you have any wishes (e.g. storage space), we are happy to look for a solution. Animals are generally allowed in the house, but we would have to clarify this with the administration.

During our 1-month break, we want to rent our apartment to responsible persons. Should we have piqued your interest, we look forward to you contacting us!
