Room in a shared flat

I (26-year-old competitive athlete) am looking for one or two new flatmates for our cozy, non-utilitarian shared flat starting from 1 December (at the latest 1 January)!

Whether you want to move in alone or you want to apply as a duo – both are very welcome. If you are over 20 years old, already have experience living in shared flats, and enjoy taking responsibility in the household, this could become your new home.

The location of the apartment between the lake and the train station is something I value very much. The lake is beautiful for chilling, barbecuing, or stand-up paddling in the summer. On foot, you are at the train station in 10 minutes, by bike in 5 minutes, or within two bus stops. For short walks, the pond right in front of the door is ideal, and the city park is also not far away. A Coop and a Volg are also located nearby.

The two rooms:

Two unfurnished rooms are available:

• Room 1: 14.4 m²
• Room 2: 14.6 m².

Both rooms are unfurnished. If interested, there may be the possibility to take over some furniture.

The rooms cost CHF 1'320.– per month each. A move-in is possible from 1 December, at the latest from 1 January.

The apartment is fully equipped: A kitchen with two refrigerators and all necessary kitchen appliances, two bathrooms, as well as a new washing machine and a tumble dryer (both directly in the apartment and do not have to be shared). A large dining table and a balcony complete the communal area. Additionally, there is a cellar compartment and a covered bicycle parking space. A car parking space can be rented additionally for CHF 2.0.– per month.
