Room in a shared flat

Hello, my name is Hugo, I am 27 years old and I live in a lovely apartment near the terrain de la Gurzelen, the city park and the île de la Suze. The apartment is ideally located, in a quiet area, a 15min walk from the city center and well served by buses.

I have 2 bedrooms and I am looking for a subtenant to share the apartment until 1st September 2027. My fiancée is going to study in Bâle for 2 years so the room may be available until 1st September 2028.

The room is large, quiet and furnished with only a double bed. You will just need to add a wardrobe and your decor. The rest of the apartment consists of a small living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom to share. It is also possible to use the owners' garden.

Personally, I am often at work and wandering around on weekends but, as soon as I have free time, I like to do sport, climbing, running, mountain biking or paragliding, I like to cook and share my meals and I like going out in town, to the lake, to the café or the bar to share good times.

I am looking for someone calm and respectful, French-speaking, who knows shared flats well. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are forbidden. Also note that my fiancée is often at the apartment during weekends and revision weeks.
