Room in a shared flat

I am renting a room in a very beautiful and quiet location in Rorbas 8427, between Bülach and Embrach, with good direct connections to Zurich Airport Kloten – approx. 30 minutes by bus B521 and 10–15 minutes by car. Ideal if you work at the airport.
I am offering a room for one person for rent, 11.86 m², with a built-in wardrobe and access to the living and dining room, to the bathroom, to the kitchen, as well as to a private laundry room. From the living room, there is a direct exit to the garden, a large terrace for sitting and grilling.
The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and undamaged and features basic equipment such as a dishwasher in the kitchen etc. as well as a laundry room with a drying room.
I am looking for someone who likes it quiet, although I myself enjoy partying every now and then.
I like going hiking in the mountains and riding motorcycles. I am middle-aged and speak German, English and Polish.
The price for the room is 1’000 CHF, utilities are included.
A parking space in the underground garage costs an additional 100 CHF
