About the apartment & location
The room belongs to a cozy, gently renovated attic apartment in an apartment building with an uncomplicated neighbor family.
The apartment includes built-in wardrobes, a balcony and attic, as well as a cellar compartment, garden, garage and parking space for shared use.
The bus stop can be reached in just two minutes and Bern station within 22 minutes. A large Coop, Migros, Denner & Broki are reachable within walking distance.
A chest of drawers and mattress with a cardboard bed are optionally available for free (see photos).

About you
I am looking for one person under 40 who is interested in a shared flat for two. I imagine living together to be open, friendly and relaxed. A mixture of cooking together, sometimes watching a film, having interesting conversations and having time for oneself would be great!
It is important to me that you have a good degree of self-responsibility and tidiness and ideally live vegetarian or vegan.
It is best if we meet and see if the vibe is right on both sides :)
