Room in a shared flat

A large bedroom is available in Winkel (bei Buelach). The bedroom is large enough for several closets and has 3 tall windows facing a private tennis court and forest. There is also a expansive terrace with lovely views. The entire apartment is approximately 2.0 square meters.

The apartment is located in a safe, quiet location in a tax-friendly municipality. A private tennis court, which is shared by residents in the neighborhood, is steps away. It is also near a forest with lovely walking paths. 2 bus lines take you to Zurich airport in 10-15 minutes. A bakery and market are a 10 minute walk away.

The shared spaces will be the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room, terrace and basement. There is a washer and dryer located in the apartment.

The other WG roommate will occupy the living room but travels often for work.

One parking spot is available in an indoor garage for an extra fee if required.
