4 ½ rooms apartment

From the beginning of November or by arrangement, we are renting a spacious 4.5-room apartment. The apartment actually has 5 rooms, of which one is very small and therefore not counted as a room. A private washing machine and tumble dryer are also included, as well as a balcony with afternoon and evening sun and plenty of storage space. A Swedish stove in the living room additionally provides coziness. There are various animals and a garden around the house. Shopping facilities and public transport are reachable in a few minutes by bicycle or on foot. The residential location is quiet and familial. Bicycle parking spaces and a parking space are available.

The kitchen and the bathroom were renovated a few years ago. The separate WC was also renovated in the same year. Part of the apartment belongs to the older part of the house; the extension was built around 20 years ago. The property is heated with pellets.
