The paint and the parquet will be redone. The photos were taken upon our arrival in the apartment.

The exterior

The apartment opens onto a beautiful terrace, extended directly by a lawn. This is part of a garden common to the few ground-floor apartments, but each dwelling benefits from the part located in front of it. In practice, the use is almost private, ideal for fine weather.

The neighborhood

The lake 5 minutes on foot.
Denner, Migros, Coop and bakeries a few minutes away.
Several visitor parking spaces right next to the building.

Conditions

Rent of 4.540 CHF per month, including charges and covered parking space.

Available from 15 January 2027. For the first month, only half a month's rent is to be paid.

Visits

Visits take place on Saturday 14 November, from 15h to 17h.
