Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Seefeld. 4 people in total would be living here; The room is limited until 28.02.2027 but we may get an extension.

The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, night table, lamp, desk, and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, fiber internet) are included. Cleaning of the common rooms two times a month is also included. Only Serafe is not included

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and kettle and dishwasher.

All main shops are close and you are in walking distance to Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen.

The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler without the need to schedule it.

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
