3 ½ rooms apartment

Visits scheduled for Sunday 4 October, from 13 to 14h. Possible to organize individually on other days.

We are handing over our contract on 15 November for our 3.5 room apartment over 2 floors on Rue de la Tour (pedestrian street in the center of Lausanne, next to the Riponne and the Flon). It is 82 square meters.

The lower level is a large living room with a modern kitchen and a very large countertop/table, which also has space for a lounge and table; as well as toilets.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms (one large, equipped with a dressing room, and one smaller), as well as a bathroom, and a large storage space equivalent to a small attic.

Takeover of certain furniture possible, to be discussed.
