Room in a shared flat

The location is the jackpot: quiet, in the middle of nature, on the Aare and yet very close to the city of Bern. The view into the greenery towards the Aare is unique. You wake up with sunshine at our place. The shared apartment (WG) has a total of 470 m2 of space. As the only one of the WG rooms, this room has access to the shared balcony. The room is furnished as seen in the photos. It is excellently suited for commuters and students.

We are looking for the fourth roommate. You are in the middle of life, are conscientious, have a friendly appearance, like people and can pay your rent on time? Perfect! We look forward to getting to know you.

We are sociable and enjoy sitting together in an informal setting. However, due to different working hours and needs, we rarely cook together. We are well organized so that the processes are clear. This allows us to maintain interpersonal relationships.

The apartment (170 m2) extends over three floors. We share two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living and dining room, one guest room and a balcony. Everything is clean. In terms of furnishings, nothing is missing. In the separate studio (300 m2) there is a wood workshop, generous storage possibilities for personal items and a fitness area. Upon request, you can also share a garden.

The following costs are already included as a flat rate in the service charges: heating and utility costs, electricity, internet, Serafe fees, printer costs, cleaning supplies and shared groceries. In addition, there is a contribution of Fr. 243.- for household chores, which can, however, be worked off. Details will be explained during the viewing.

Public transport, 2 minutes away, will take you to the center of Bern within 20 minutes.

If you require a parking space, this can be rented from another landlord in an underground garage.
