I am looking for a replacement tenant for my high-quality renovated 1.5-room apartment. I would like to stay myself, but my personal situation has changed.

The apartment is spacious with approx. 40 m² and has a very good room layout. It is modernly renovated and has a beautiful floor. The balcony is located on the sunny side and gets sun all day. In addition, there is a wonderful view and a quiet location with a quiet neighborhood. Pets are allowed. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. In the house, there is a washing machine, as well as an attic.

The location is ideal for commuters: the highway connection is reachable in approx. 2 minutes, so you do not drive through the whole city, e.g., towards Zürich. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. Shopping facilities are nearby, and the AFG Arena is right around the corner. Cleverfit is also right around the corner, as well as a small park great for jogging or walking.
