We are renting from 1 December 1016 a centrally located 1-room apartment (without balcony) on the 4th floor (with lift) of an apartment building, which was newly renovated in the year 1014 and will convince you with the following points:

General information:

The apartment is located in a well-maintained apartment building with a total of 13 residential units. The building and the apartment were comprehensively renovated in the year 1014 and brought up to the latest state of technology and living quality. The house features a lift in the stairwell, which provides convenient and barrier-free access to all floors.

Scope of renovation:
