1 room single room

As of March 1, 2027, our 18-year-old son will be moving into his first apartment of his own. For this purpose, he is looking for a roommate.

The apartment is located on the Swiss side of the beautiful Lake Constance, directly at the port of Romanshorn. The bright attic apartment has 3.5 rooms. The two bedrooms are oriented to the east with skylights and each has one large window facing the interior, which can be closed with curtains.
The apartment is furnished (is currently being used as a holiday apartment), but the shared room can alternatively be furnished with your own furniture.

Reachable within a few minutes' walk are:

• Railway station (with express train connections to Zürich and Konstanz)
• Supermarket with extra long opening hours
