Room in a shared flat

Since I am moving in with my boyfriend at the beginning of November, my shared apartment room in the beautiful Beaumont-Quartier will become available. It is ready for occupancy at the beginning or middle of November.

The room measures 21m2 and has 2 large windows that catch the afternoon sun. It borders a living room, which almost entirely needs to be refurnished, as I am taking most of the furniture with me. If you have your own furniture, it can also be accommodated there, if you wish.
The apartment was renovated 2 years ago and is on the 3rd floor. There is a cellar compartment as well as a laundry and drying room for shared use.

Your future roommate is 33 years old and works as a doctor in the Insel. She appreciates a quiet coexistence in which everyone has their own space, but is also open to occasional shared meals or activities.

Migros and Coop at Eigerplatz are easily reachable from the apartment and there is also a Denner. With T3, Bus 10 and the S-Bahn station Weissenbühl, you are also very well connected to public transport.
