We are looking for a new flatmate for our spacious 2-person WG in Uetikon am See on the Zurich Gold Coast, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The apartment:
Our bright 5-room apartment offers plenty of space and a cozy living atmosphere across 92 m². For shared use, a beautiful living room with a balcony and great view, a modern kitchen, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
In addition to your own large bedroom, there is another room that can be used jointly and flexibly furnished as a study, guest, or hobby room. A bed and a wardrobe are already available if required.

The location:
The apartment is located in Uetikon am See on the Zurich Gold Coast, with very good public transport connections and shopping facilities nearby. The city of Zurich can be reached in around 25-20 minutes by train. Additionally, there is a bus stop directly in front of the house. An outdoor or garage parking space can be rented additionally if required.
Your future flatmate:
Hoi, I am Dylan, 28 years old, studying economics and working part-time on the side. My current flatmate Andrin is moving in with his girlfriend after several years. Therefore, I am looking for an uncomplicated, open, and reliable person who is interested in pleasant WG living. The optimal move-in date would be between November 26th and 30th.
