From 1 November, a bright 11.8 m² room in a cozy 2-person shared flat in Witikon (Kreis 7) will become available.
The room has a large window with beautiful morning sun and offers enough space for everything you need. The apartment also includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a large, cozy living room. The highlight in summer is the large balcony with a magnificent view of the mountains, a cozy lounge, and a grill.
In 20 min, you can reach HB via the direct bus 31. ETH Zentrum and Uni Zürich are also reachable in 20 min.

Since I am moving out of the shared flat, I am looking for a new subtenant who feels comfortable in the apartment and in the shared flat.
The rent is 995 CHF incl. utilities (860 CHF net rent + 135 CHF utilities).
The official move-in is on 1 November, an earlier move-in might also be possible.

Wanted: An open and uncomplicated person between 20 and 30 years old who brings a certain sense of cleanliness. A friendly and relaxed coexistence is important, and not just a purely functional shared flat (Zweck-WG). It would be nice if one occasionally eats dinner together spontaneously, grills together, or plays a round of darts in the living room. Of course, everything should be without compulsion. Everyone has their own life, but one likes to do something together every now and then.

Your future roommate: L., 25, currently works as an electrician and begins his studies at the ZHAW next summer. He is open, funny, and uncomplicated. In his free time, he enjoys playing handball or being out on his Töff.
