Room in a shared flat

From December, a room in my 3-room apartment will become available and I am looking for an orderly and animal-loving successor (female) who would like to take over the room.

Move-in date from the beginning of December, indefinite

Rent: 994.50 CHF (excl. internet/electricity)

Large room (15m2) in a two-person shared flat right by Lake Zurich

The apartment is located near the lake in Oberrieden, has a small, heavily planted balcony (one of my hobbies) and a medium-sized living room to relax in together or with friends and, of course, the usual kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The new person should be animal-friendly, as I host an older lady cat.

I place great value on peaceful cohabitation, respectful interaction and constructive communication. It is also welcome to cook together sometimes, watch movies or connect during a good conversation – of course, all without compulsion!

Unfortunately, I react negatively due to health reasons to many synthetic scents and perfumes – therefore it is important to me that in the entire apartment (including your room) no scented candles, perfumes and cosmetic products, air fresheners and cleaning/laundry detergents with a strong scent are used (essential oils and natural incense sticks are, however, okay). In short: If you live eco-consciously and prefer/use natural products and avoid artificial substances, you are exactly right with me!

Furthermore, a sense of order in the apartment is also important to me - which means: keeping the kitchen clean after use and cleaning the apartment regularly. ...simply so that one feels comfortable in an orderly apartment.

If you eat vegetarian/vegan, that is of course a plus - but not a must! :)

I myself eat almost completely vegan, like being outdoors in nature, like traveling and gardening, diving in the lake (in summer and otherwise somewhere beautiful at the sea), drawing, animals and good/deep conversations, am interested in healthy nutrition and psychology and am currently working part-time in technical support while I do my training as an IFS consultant.
