Room in a shared flat

Hi everyone! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our shared apartment starting November 2nd.
About us:
We are two guys from Spain (23 and 26 years old), working and living in Bern. We have a friendly, relaxed, and tidy living environment, and we appreciate a good balance between socializing together and respecting each other's privacy and downtime.
The Room & Apartment:
The Space: We are renting out the living room, which is unfurnished. It is very spacious and features a private/independent door, so it functions as a large, private bedroom with plenty of space for all your furniture and setups.
Address: Funkerstrasse 16, 3013 Bern (great location, very close to Bern city center).
Shared Spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, and cozy dining space.
Financials:
Rent: CHF 700 per month.
Utilities (electricity, internet, etc.): Not included (shared separately).
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a clean, responsible, and easy-going flatmate who respects shared spaces and wants a pleasant home atmosphere. Cleanliness and good communication are key for us!
