Room in a shared flat

I am leaving my apartment in Luzern in December and am therefore looking for a successor tenant for my bedroom and office, both approx. 12–14 m² in size. Both rooms are available from 1 December.
The rent is CHF 1'053 per month. The bedroom and office are already furnished (see photos). The furniture must be taken over; the price for this is negotiable.
In addition, the apartment features a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, and two washbasins, a guest WC, a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a large living room, a beautiful balcony, as well as a large cellar.
You would share the apartment with Dario (28) and Tobias (30). We live together in a very sociable manner, while the privacy of each individual is respected. Eating together, going out for a drink in the city, watching football, or doing sports together is part of our regular routine. Our legendary ping-pong tournaments in the living room, of course, cannot go unmentioned. 😄
Dario works at Titlis and is enthusiastic about sports – fitness, running, padel, skiing, and mountain biking are among his hobbies. He is always up for a shared beer, a workout, or a spontaneous excursion.
Tobias is a teacher and loves traveling as well as outdoor activities – including hiking, tennis/padel, spikeball, skiing, and mountain biking. He is always up for a good conversation, a nice hike, or simply a beer on the balcony.
