Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a female person who would like to take over my cozy room in this 3-person shared flat. The balcony belongs to the room! :)
The room is quite large, whereas the rest of the shared flat is rather small but cute!

You would live together with Lydia (24) and Iva (25). Both are currently doing their Master's at ETH (Environmental Sciences and Physics).
It is not a Zweck-WG (a shared flat solely for convenience), however, everyone is quite busy. Nevertheless, we like to sit together sometimes, cook, or chat in the kitchen. It is important to us that one feels at home and has an uncomplicated and respectful coexistence :)

The shared flat is perfectly located. In three minutes, you are at the Milchbuck tram stop (tram lines 7, 9, 10, 51 + bus lines 69, 72, 83)
Coop, pharmacy, very cute cafe + Züri Bistro nearby ;)
The Irchelpark as well as the forest are reachable in a few minutes.

Important: You should take over the position as main tenant.
