Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new female flatmate to join our 3-people WG starting October 16th!
About the Apartment:

• Location: Inside the Toni-Areal building, within walking distance from Hardbrücke, and 5 minutes from the Limmat, perfect to go for a run or a swim!
• The View: Located on the 15th floor with a stunning view of Zurich.
• Your Room: 14 m² (partially furnished, to be discussed with the current tenant).
• Shared Spaces: A big 54 m² living room and open kitchen (with dishwasher), 12 m² loggia, and a bathroom shared with Maria.
• Advantages: We have a washing machine and dryer in the flat, cellar storage space, bike room, and an integrated parcel locker.

Costs:

• Rent: 1,363 CHF / month
• Utilities: approx 100 CHF / month (Wi-Fi, Serafe, electricity, water, insurance)
• One-time Furniture Fee: 860 CHF (common space furniture)
• Cleaning: Regular monthly cleaning service (approx 80 CHF per person)

About Us: You will be living with Lorenz (30, German, Doctor) and Maria (27, Spanish, Engineer). We are friendly, open-minded, and love making our place feel like home. The flat has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and we enjoy hosting casual dinners and having friends over. We are also currently decorating the shared spaces to make the apartment even cozier, so we’d love someone who is excited to be part of that process!
About You: We’re looking for an outgoing, clean, and easygoing person around our age who is working and planning to stay long-term (at least a year). We’d love a flatmate who enjoys a good mix of personal space and flat social life, whether it's hanging out in the flat, cooking together, or hosting occasional dinners.
