Stanza in un appartamento condiviso

Dato che mi trasferisco da St. Gallen, la mia stanza nella nostra accogliente WG diventerà libera. La stanza è di circa 20 m², ben distribuita e molto luminosa. La maggior parte dei mobili (letto, tavolo, armadio, poltrona, ecc.) può essere presa in uso, ma ovviamente non è obbligatorio. La cucina con tavolo da pranzo offre molto spazio per cucinare e per mangiare insieme; il soggiorno è spazioso. Inoltre, la casa dispone di una lavanderia.

l'appartamento è situato in posizione centrale: il centro città è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi. I negozi come Migros e Denner si trovano a circa 5 minuti di distanza, l'Università di St. Gallen è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi.

I due coinquilini sono Joelle (25) e Ludwig (42).

Joelle studia Architettura al Master. Nel frattempo lavora in un ufficio a Zurigo. Le piace incontrare gli amici, fare bouldering o fare escursioni nella natura. Inoltre, le piace fotografare e disegnare.

Ludwig è un ingegnere ambientale e lavora a St. Gallen da maggio. Gli piace stare nella natura, va in moto, è appassionato di tecnologia e ama la musica elettronica.

Cerchiamo una persona aperta che abbia voglia di una vita in WG rilassata e amichevole. È importante che ci capiamo bene e che si possa creare un'atmosfera piacevole nella WG. Se capita, mangiamo insieme, beviamo una birra o chiacchieriamo in cucina. Nella vita quotidiana, ognuno di noi ama anche fare le proprie cose e ha il proprio ritmo. Apprezziamo una comunicazione aperta e saremo felici se vorrai venire a conoscerci e a conoscere il nostro appartamento. Inoltre, cerchiamo possibilmente qualcuno che sia disposto a subentrare come locatario principale. La data di trasloco sarebbe il 01.02.27 o previo accordo.

As I am leaving St. Gallen, we are searching a new flatmate for our shared flat. The room is spacious (about 20 m²) and, thanks to the big windows, beautifully bright. Most of the furniture (bed, table, wardrobe, etc.) can be taken over, but of course this isn’t compulsory. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and shared meals, and the living room is generously sized. The house also has a laundry room.
The apartment is centrally located, with the city centre just a 10-minute walk away. You can reach Migros and Denner in about 5 minutes, and the University of St. Gallen in around 10 minutes on foot.We are Joelle (26) and Ludwig (42).

Joelle is studying for a Master’s degree in Architecture. Alongside her studies, she works at an architecture firm in Zurich. In her free time, she enjoys meeting up with friends, going bouldering, or taking trips into nature. She also likes photography and drawing.

Ludwig is an environmental engineer and has been working in St. Gallen since May. He enjoys spending time outdoors, going motorcycling, and listening to electronic music.

We are looking for an open-minded flatmate who is up for a relaxed and friendly shared living experience. For us, the most important thing is that the vibe is good and that we can create a warm, easygoing atmosphere together in the flat. From time to time, we enjoy sharing a meal, having a beer, or simply hanging out and chatting. At the same time, everyone has their own rhythm, and it’s just as normal to do your own thing and have some quiet time.
We value open and honest communication, and we would be really happy to meet you and show you our home. We hope to find someone who is willing to take on the main tenancy of the flat. The move-in date would be 1 February 2027, or by arrangement.
