As I, Lisa, am moving out after finishing my studies, we have a room available in our shared flat in Ecublens from 2st of November the earliest.

Description
A room of 6 square meters in a modern 4.5 room apartment in Ecublens for ~2040.- (WIFI&electricity included). The room, like the apartment, is on the first floor (ground floor). Various shopping facilities are just around the corner. The apartment has an open kitchen (with dish-washer) that leads to a large living room with dining table, sofa and balcony, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a separate toilet. The appartement also has their own washing machine and dryer. The room can be taken over partially furnished upon agreement. UNIL/EPFL can be reached by bike in under 20 minutes.

About us
Jakob (25) and Armand (20), will rent the apartment together. Jakob is studying for a Masters's degree in mechanical engineering and Armand is studying for a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at EPFL. So far, we've shared most of our meals and cooked and eaten together whenever possible. We would like to keep this up. For us, this apartment is a cozy retreat and should offer a bit of peace and quiet after a stressful day. We don't want any excessive parties in the apartment, but we would love to have sociable evenings. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us.

We are looking for
We are looking for a roommate who shares our views and fits well into the team. You should be a friendly, uncomplicated and open-minded person who has a certain sense of order and is happy to help out from time to time. We want a cozy living together and not just a room for rent. Since we are in the progress to transfer the contract to my Armand, the rent might slightly increase as an undesirable side effect.

Comme je (Lisa) quitte l’appartement après avoir terminé mes études, une chambre se libère dans notre colocation à Ecublens à partir du 2er novembre au plus tôt.

Description
Une chambre de 6.5 m2 d'un appartement moderne de 4.5 pièces à Ecublens pour 2040.- (WIFI&électricité inclus). La chambre est, comme l'appartement, au rez-de-chaussée. Diverses possibilités de faire ses courses se trouvent juste au coin de la rue. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine ouverte (avec lave-vaisselle) donnant sur un grand salon avec table à manger, canapé et balcon, ainsi que d'une salle de bain avec baignoire et toilette et une toilette séparée. L’appartement dispose également d’une propre machine à laver et séchoir. La chambre peut être reprise partiellement meublée sur accord. L'UNIL/EPFL est accessible à vélo en moins de 20 minutes.

À propos de nous
Jakob (25 ans) et Armand (20 ans) vont continuer à louer l’appartement ensemble. Armand fait des études de bachelor en génie mécanique et Jakob des études de master en génie mécanique à l'EPFL. Jusqu'à présent, nous avons partagé la plupart de notre nourriture et, si possible, nous avons cuisiné et mangé ensemble. Nous aimerions continuer à faire cela. Pour nous, cet appartement est un lieu de repos confortable et doit offrir un peu de calme après une journée chargée. Nous ne voulons pas de soirées excessives dans l'appartement, mais nous aimons les soirées conviviales. La propreté et l'ordre nous sont importants.

Nous recherchons
Nous recherchons un(e) colocataire qui partage nos idées et qui s'intègre bien dans l'équipe. Tu dois être une personne sympathique, simple et ouverte, qui a un certain sens de l'ordre et qui aime donner un coup de main. Nous voulons une vie en commun agréable et non pas louer une chambre à des seules fins fonctionnelles.
